More About Us

We provide small businesses with the same high level ICT support as enjoyed by corporate companies

Busted Networks, formed in 1999, set out to satisfy the market to provide ICT (Information and Communications Technology) advice and support to SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) by providing the same level of professionalism generally enjoyed only by larger corporate customers.

We knew that smaller companies found IT was a continuing drain on the company rather than the enabling technology it should be. Work practise is often compromised to meet the needs of the "system" rather than the "system" being the slave to the business.

It need not and should not be like that. In our experience a lack of concentration on the BUSINESS NEEDS in favour of the technology of the solution is frequently the cause. In short, poor advice combined with inadequate forward planning.

Busted Networks, with its wealth of corporate training and experience, is changing this. Unusually our entire customer facing activities with new and potential customers are carried out by our directors. After all, to hold a detailed discussion on the current and future requirements of a business with the directors of that business requires an understanding of business not just technology. This is Busted Network's strength; business discussions are held with mature business people and our technologists design, implement and support the agreed solution.

In all communications with clients we demystify the technology and remove the "jargon" and "techno babble" that surrounds our industry.

If your company is an SME (1 to 150 employees), has a need for improved IT or just some good and sensible advice, or wants to plan the way ahead give us a call. We are friendly approachable and don’t charge for the initial consultation.

Busted Networks becomes your trusted and reliable business partner in all computing and ICT matters
