Back-ups

Are you confident that your backups are being undertaken regularly and properly and are stored off site in a secure location that meets the requirements of your insurers?

We can supply a variety of scaleable solutions to backup the valuable data in your organization. From an automated solution where you just need to change the tape on a daily basis, to a full offsite service where we contact your network at night, whilst no one is using it, and backup all your data to a secure offsite server, which can be used in the case of your server being stolen. (It does happen)! The backups can be configured to be completed on a daily basis or on an incremental basis where the backup is working in the background at all times. This reduces the time taken to backup and the amount of data loss in the event of a system failure but consumes bandwidth.

All backups are, encrypted so that, even if they fall into the wrong hands the data they contain would remain secure and unreadable.

In addition to the backup of servers, we can automate the backing up of each client (PC’s) on the network. This is particularly helpful where the clients (PC’S) are not storing all the data on the server. This is often the case in Human Resource, Finance or Accounts departments. Where additional security may be needed. This facility will ensure that this critical data is always secure, backed up and stored as securely as the data on the servers.
